• Development of a rudimentary scope of work to outline what would be included for the project to be built

Construction Administration and Supervision 

Feeling overwhelmed about coordinating the work on your small project by yourself, because you don’t have a general contractor? 

I can work as your representative and assure that all is running smoothly and that you are well informed.

• Representing or accompanying the client in discussions with the professionals on the technical aspects of the project to facilitate a full understanding and open exchange of the information by everyone

• Management, coordination, and supervision of the work of the different vendors, installers, and professionals on your behalf 

• Evaluation of the work at the end of project to determine any deficiencies to be corrected or work remaining to be completed by the contractor or installer

DIY Planning and Consulting

Are you a homeowner that is creative or handy and would like to do some of the work on your small project yourself?

I can counsel you on what parts of the project might be best suited to your skills and what parts should be best left to professionals.  I can also offer DYI planning, mapping out the steps required to undertake your work (what goes first, second, third) and the specific requirements for each step.
